Share Placement To Industry Leader
The directors of Australian Alpaca Fleece Limited are pleased to announce that they have made a placement of 220,000 new shares in AAFL to Matthew and Cathy Lloyd, principals of the EP Cambridge Alpaca Stud. The shares were issued at a price of 40 cents each and raised for AAFL a sum of $88,000. After the placement, the Lloyd interests, through Raeburn Rural Holdings Pty Ltd., will hold 10% of the expanded issued capital of AAFL.
The EP Cambridge stud operates in Australia and UK and has the largest registered herd of alpacas outside South America. It is the largest supplier of fleece to AAFL.
The board welcomes the interest of the Lloyd family who is clearly committed to the continued improvement of alpaca fleece and the consequent manufacture of quality products from it.
