How do I know if a product is in stock?
Double click the image of the product. When looking at the product detail box, click the first dropdown menu labeled "size". This displays the available sizes. Click the size you require. Then, click on the dropdown menu next to it to choose your color. A product that does not have stock in a particular size won't be displayed in the "size" dropdown menu.
How do I add items to my Shopping Cart?
After selecting the size, color, and quantity you want, click on the shopping cart icon located next to the quantity.
How do I remove items from my Shopping Cart?
On the shopping bag page, click the 
after the total cost amount. You will be asked to confirm your action before it is removed.
Can I return or exchange a product?
All returns require authorization, which can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service department or clicking the "Contact us" button.
All Australian Alpaca Connection garments are 100%; guaranteed. If the merchandise arrives with one of the following defects, it will be exchanged immediately:
- Merchandise with factory defects
- Size or color different THAN ORDERED
- Stains or visible dirtiness
In order to exchange merchandise, clients must advise Australian Alpaca Fleece Ltd of the problem found, via e-mail, fax or telephone, within 7 days of receiving the goods. The defective merchandise must be packed in its original packing. Customers must contact Australian Alpaca Fleece Ltd before returning any goods.
An item returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced Australian Alpaca Fleece Ltd's discretion.
All items sold through www.aafl.com.au are subject to our Policy and Agreement. Physically damaged items cannot be returned.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

The validity of the SSL certificate is recognised by your web browser which displays the "padlock" symbol. By double clicking on the "padlock" you can view the details of the SSL certificate. Our Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard, encrypting all data so that it cannot be read until it is decrypted by the aafl.com.au web server.

When you purchase is smaller than $150 (Australian Dollars) there is a postage and handling fee of $15.00.
